This program is for athletes who are eager to get a taste of competition life.  Their physical abilities are more advanced than that of our Recreational programs. They are eager to learn routines and demonstrate their skills at the December showcase and our in-house competition.

The focus of this program is safe and progressive skill acquisition, working towards the more technical aspect and further development through connection of skills and routine building. 

​

The gymnasts will learn choreography  that they will perform individually as well as a team. ​This program requires an assessment or an invitation by the Head Coach.

 

​All Gymstars athletes will perform in a Winter Showcase and 1-2 In House Competitions in the 2025/26 Season.
